I can't understand why, especially in this recession, politicians aren't talking about this in the UK. Surely it would solve so many problems. Is it merely the fear of change that is preventing this idea to spread like wildfire or is there a huge obstacle somewhere that I'm missing completely? I am going to tell everyone I know about this!
